CRISIS FOOD DELIVERY
In collaboration with local partners and volunteers, Hands in Service provides emergency food deliveries to individuals and families facing unexpected crisis. These one-time or short-term deliveries are designed to respond quickly to urgent food insecurity caused by illness, loss of income, or other critical disruptions. Crisis Food Delivery offers immediate relief while clients connect with long-term supports.

We can deliver emergency food to individuals and families facing temporary food shortages due to unexpected circumstances like medical emergencies, unexpected hardship, or other critical disruptions.
This is not a regular hamper program. Instead, it’s a short-term response designed to bridge the gap—getting essential food items to those in immediate need while connecting them to longer-term support through our community partners.

Crisis Food Delivery is intended for individuals and families experiencing a temporary food emergency. To request a delivery, please call our office at

This service is limited to five deliveries per calendar year per household to ensure we can assist as many people as possible in times of urgent need.
